  Wasn't sure which thread to put this on, fits this or Flash but anyway, apparently they are planning another spin off from Arrow and The Flash, see link

  Suppose it could be interesting, there is the risk of overload with too many spin offs of one show though, still I suppose it adds to the collective mythology of all the shows.

  We well the next spin off seems to be planned to be based on the Atom ( who has powers), so I imagine many enemies of his would have powers of some kind (otherwise he's not really going to struggle). And I assume he'll be leaving Star city (but my knowledge of that particular character is extremely limited so I'm not sure).

  Oh I heard about that. It sounds like an absolutely terrible idea.
  Nevermind how they intend to try and explain away everything that needs to happen in order for it to occur.

  I'm all for the idea of more of the heroes being shown, but my apprehension about the idea is having every show spin off from the one takes more explanation, I think it would be better if some were created seperately (while they could still have them be in the same universe), and it wouldn't all be piggybacking off Arrow originally (worked for flash but it would be nice if some originated seperately).

  Agree with you totally. I think they are going to be in a new location. So new place, new stories, new baddies (or some old ones considering Wentworth Miller is going to be in it). It is going to be a test for the writers who must already be very busy with Flash (which will have series 2) and Arrow (with a couple of series given the green light)

  I'm unconvinced by the concept and how they will pull them together.
  It does feel a bit like throwing some characters together for the sake of getting another show on the go.
  
  If they maybe did something like Agent Carter and made it 8 episodes and used it as a filler somewhere.

  Another potential off shoot from Arrow. We deem it to be a bad idea, but at the same time, you know we are all gonna wind up checking it out just because of what has come before it. As far as the most recent episode of Arrow in the uk, i did enjoy it but only really for the reveals during the episode. Rehashing the whole Vertigo thing yet again. I know it did play an important part for one character in particular but it did seem to take a back seat throughout the episode.

  The had to sort of finish the black canary story arc. I have been watching this series as it comes out in America, then again as it comes out on sky. They had to find a way to bring Sara back for an episode with Laurel and Vertigo was the only non super power way to do that

  Yes we will probably all check it out and that fact kills me inside a little bit.
  Anything that can be done to get Sarah back is perfectly acceptable in my book.
  
  I will take a Lazarus pit or some deus ex machina if thats what is required for no more Laurel as Canary.
