  There's often been talk in the past of Rangers and/or Celtic breaking away and playing in the English leagues because they are supposedly too good for the SPL. But what would happen if they did the reverse and let an English side play in the Scottish game? If you parachuted Rushden & Diamonds into the SPL would they show them up by running away with the title?

  Celtic, & the SFA, have killed Scottish football, over the last 5-6 years, especially when the SFA demoted Rangers, to the bottom tier, they really fucked up there
  
  If, or more likely when Celtic go on, to equal/better Rangers 9-in-a-row, it won't have been earned, as at least 4 of their league wins, were secured in what was essentially, a one team league, so they've been gifted it
  
  At least when Rangers did 9-in-a-row, we were facing Celtic, & the other teams, at their strongest, not their weakest

  the league need big money behind it, if (and its a big if) some billionaire desires to make Scottish football hos play thing, then maybe a domino effect happens with more guys looking to invest in football in Scotland.

  It is dead. Motherwell is a poverty stricken town and yet their mick e mouse team can get to a cup final. The leagues are clinging on to survival like a tagnut on a sheep's arse. Dire product equals no interest outside the local fans. And despite this Celtic think they are part of the global elite.
