  i know right thats a big height advantage to,will be interesting to see how he matches up with those guys tho,i think he could beat some good guys but i dunno about a title shot

  yea that's what i think too, i think he is actually about the same height as johnny henricks or maybe even hector lombard but those guys are build more solidly i think even they have an overall size advantage over him even though they don't have a height advantage.

  well yea i think so. i mean i don't know how his body works, the only possibility i see is basically if he is actually like anthony johnson or something - like he's got all this huge power in him that is just not being used because he has to cut tonnes of weight and if he doesn't then he can use it... but i don't think that's true for benson
  
  the truth is he is actually the ideal size for a LW, its just his skill is not good enough and his power is not one punch KO like some guys at LW

  oh i think his skill is good enough its just he isnt as aggressive as he used to be back in wec days,like most these wec guy go ufc and fight completely different to how they fought in wec

  hmmm maybe. i mean i don't think he's going to do much better if he changes his style of becomes more aggressive. i mean if he was more aggressive you think he would not have lost to dos anjos? or pettis? i just think both of those guys showed (esp pettis) that they are more technical than he is...
  
  and i think diego hit gil melendez harder than benson did

  well more aggressive when he knows he down on score cards instead of keeping the same pace like the melendez fight even tho he got the win,he still should of turnt it up way more cuz it looked like he was losing,but ye u right he still would of lost the fights he losyt

  yea robbie lawler and a bunch of other guys. i mean he is the same height for example as johnny hendricks and johnny was like 215 or something like that at one point during one of those press tour interviews he did and he looked that size too the guy was freakin huge. and they are the same height i think as benson but just built so differently...
