  ye when u talk about mma the idea is to try kill the guy lol ,with elbows punches knees and submissions ,its super dangerous but cutting the weight is the most dangerous part about it believe it or not

  yea if i u think about it weight cutting is the thing that fighters have come closest to getting really fukked up on - didn't some dude die or almost die maybe not a ufc fighter or something but i vaguely remember some guy REALLY struggling with weight loss badly

  cutting weight is close to starving to deaf ur completely weak your not really all there and u feel cramps in ur body and lose feeling in ur legs its bad very bad

  yea cutting weight has got to be the worst - pretty damn good for those heavyweights right? guys who are not really in danger of hitting 265 like cain velasquez, werdum, dos santos - those guys obviously need to stay in shape for cardio but especially cain - he can probably eat whatever on some of his extra cardio intensive days..

  ye ufc heavy weight fighters have the least to worry about and they pretty much eat when ever or what ever they want ,fuck being a 155 or 145 like aldo who as trouble cutting weight every time,go watch the video of jose aldo brutal weight cut,its badd

  yea that guy is not good during weight cuts lol i remember one time there was like a press media type thing and joe rogan was asking him questions and the guy was just completely brushing him off cuz he was in obvious pain cutting weight.
  
  if you think about it there is a pattern here - generally the short stocky guys have it the worst because if they cannot cut down, they're at a bigger disadvantage in the next weight class up. like if johnny hendrix starts to have trouble with WW limits, he won't make a good MW, same now with tyron woodley and maybe the same will be true for jose if he is forced to move up to LW

  yeah like glacen tibao he cuts 25 pounds the stocky crazy guy,lol joe rogan thinks if u cut weight your basically cheating cuz u should be fighting at the weight closet to your walk around weight

  well as soon as weight cutting is allowed (like where they have 24 hours to rehydrate and all that) then people are gonna take it to extremes to get a competitive advantage.
  
  you couldn't eliminate it completely 100% but they could certainly make guys weigh in just before they fight like an hour before or something then pretty much all ufc fighters would have to move up a weight class lol except the HWs

  yesome guys can pack on a extra 20 pounds after weigh ins which is unfair come fight time ,145ers on fight days really some fighters are 155,i bet aldo packs on alot of weight after his weight cut
