  Clear you cache and cookies. If you're using chrome go to settings and then advanced settings.

  Hi spiteful, I changed my username this morning and now I can't access any of my user functions - can't see a tab for credits, +Credit button doesn't work, can't see my account info, can't chat in chat box. It says that I'm logged in...I cleared cache, cookies, history in Chrome but it didn't help. Can you see what has happened? Thanks!

  Hi there. I’ve had my chat access blocked and I have no idea why. I was trying to do cam2cam with darcey and it froze, when I refreshed and came back I’ve been blocked from chatting and it’s been over a week now. Not sure why. If this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated!

  Had my access restricted for answering a question on the chat, okay may have been a bit harsh with my answer but didn't deserve to be restricted. As only saying what others have said before. But guess people are a bit more sensitive!
