Episode twenty-two
The team find out the Connor is still alive in the Phantom Zone. Zod has gained Connor's confidence and brought him into his army.

Episode twenty-three
Brion has formed a super team in Markovia, but he's still unaware that he's being manipulated. Garfield gets the support he needs. Violet opens up about her feelings. The team find a way to get Connor.

Episode twenty four
The team get to the Phantom Zone to rescue Connor. Another team is formed to rescue him too, and stop Zod.

Episode twenty-five.
The plane to rescue Connor doesn't go to plan. Zod and his team land on Earth, and enact their plan to take over.

Episode twenty-six
The season finale wrapped everything up perfectly, and left a hint as to the potential threats in the next season. Superman and Superboy teaming up to lead the fight for the future of Earth was brilliant. Connor and M'Gann exchanging their vows was a great emotional touch, and it showed how much their relationship has grown since season one. This season had so many plots, protagonists and antagonists over the course of their various episodic story arcs, but it was tied together relatively well at the end.
