  Austin Aries has apparently asked for, & been granted his release from his WWE contract, from what I read, he wasn't that happy about being used exclusively as a Cruiserweight

  Can't help but notice, how most of the current champions in WWE, are heel, & it looks like they're trying to make it all heel's

  They are however giving Lana title match, after title match, so no doubt she'll be Women's Champion, sooner or later

  There's been all kinds of rumours floating about, that Daniel Bryan is going to leave WWE, & head to Japan, & NJPW(New Japan Pro Wrestling), now what makes it more interesting is, the recent return to WWE/Smackdown, of Maria Kanellis, & her husband, Maria as a potential new Smackdown General Manager perhaps??

  The whole Raw, Kurt Angle/Corey Graves blackmail/texting thing is getting interesting, apparently, next Monday on Raw, Kurt Angle is going to reveal everything
  
  My prediction is, it's The Miz & Maryse sending the texts, leading to a likely match at Summerslam, The Miz vs Kurt Angle
  
  They were supposedly going to do it on Smackdown, leading to The Miz vs Daniel Bryan, before the superstar shake-up happened

  So, they've just done Kurt Angle's announcement, of his 'big secret', & it's not really what I was expecting, Kurt Angle announced, he recently found out, he had a son, with a woman he dated back in college, & his son just so happens to be a member of the current WWE roster, and newest member of the Raw roster, Jason Jordan
  
  Now i'd assume it's the end of American Alpha, as Chad Gable had been having a few recent singles matches, putting himself in the United States Championship hunt

  Man, the Kurt Angle announcement was a surprise, where it goes from here is a big unknown as the talk is that the storyline will not be completed with the announcement. It is great to see that Gable and Jordan look likely to get singles push though I would have liked to have seen them stay as a tag team for a bit longer, both brand's tag divisions look one or two teams short. Feeling a bit meh about Battleground tonight, was psyched for Great Balls but really indifferent to tonight's event, Rusev is a talent but don't need to see him putting Cena over in this sort of match and I have no time for either Jinder or Randy

  The Battleground P.P.V, was a bit hit & miss
  
  New Day as Smackdown Tag Team Champions, god no, how long a title run will they get this time
  
  Kevin Owens v AJ Styles, for the United States Championship, what kind of an ending to the match was that, Owens regaining the title in the worst possible way
  
  Predictably, Jinder Mahal couldn't face Randy Orton 1-on-1, his 2 cronies naturally had to involve themselves, but the bigger surprise, was the return of The Great Khali, to help Mahal retain, Orton had the matcch won, was climbinb out the Punjabi Prison, when Khali lumbered his was th the ring, started to shake the thing, Orton lost his balance, then Khali held him by the throat, while Mahal climbed out, for the victory

  Battleground was a dud for me aside from a great tag match, wasn't too annoyed with New Day getting the win as will freshen it up and Usos might get the win back at Summerslam.
  
  KO/AJ should have been much better, horrible finsih, hotshotting the belt is doing the opposite to what was intended by having these two boosting the title.
  
  Mahal is destined to be served up to Super Cena next month, the hell to that frankly but sick of Mahal as a champ, he's a chump to the fans before you even factor in that he's been booked like a chump

  As announced on Monday night's Raw, by General Manager Kurt Angle, at SummerSlam, it'll be a Fatal-Four Way match, for the Universal Championship, with Brock Lesnar facing, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, & Braun Strowman
