they are pushing Ryback too much to the point where he cant legit be beaten, and then when it comes to the time when he will get beaten, that will be the end of his push in WWE as they will run out of things for him to do. It happens with Big Show and Kane and Mark Henry characters every now and again WWE creative try to remind the viewers these guys are monsters and unstoppable depite the fact they have been on a terrible run as of later

yeah they seem to go over the top with it, to the point that whoever it is they are currently bigging up as a unstopable force never losses a match, which then very quickly gets boring, so they eventually lose a match which makes a mockery of them having so many "undefeated" matches before.

i've said it before and i'll say it again but bring back the days of the APA, scotty 2 hotty, grand master sexay, rakishi, HHH, d-generation x, the hardy boyz, old style kane without his stupid "wearing two masks" thing, trish stratus, lita, the undertaker wrestling more than once a year at wrestlemania, proper hardcore/last man standing/first blood/TLC matches etc... etc...

I think the days of Hardcore wrestling is over, the times have changed and we need to, aswell, there going for a more pure wrestling with more clean finishes rather than outside interferences which i suppose is the problem with this Era of WWE where its the PG era and they have to be careful in what they do.

i'm sorry but wwe will never be "pure" wrestling as it's all decided before hand who will win etc.. so it can only ever be entertainment and the new pg style is not entertaining, they also weren't forced into it, they decided to do it on their own just to get more money from kids, maybe a few parents did complain but wwe should've just said "the programmes have warnings before hand anre are rated 15/18 or adult, so if you chose to let your underage child watch and then don't like the blood etc.. it's your problem"

I 100% I agree with you and to be honest I fully enjoyed the royal rumble and having watched wrestling through out my life I see it has gone down hill but times have changed and tastes have changed so it won't ever be the same, that don't mean you hate current wrestlers it ent their fault they just do their job and some of them are preety good at it.

What i meant by a pure wrestler is Punk as other Wrestlers in the company such as Daniel Bryan (Brian Danielson) are better mat wrestlers and a all round wrestler, so they stand out from most of the new talent coming through the WWE Developmental system who are essentally all muscled 6ft+ guys who are made to wrestle the WWE way,

Yes the Cena vs Rock build up was good last year, but the match itself was not good, all i was hoping for at the time is that they didnt have Cena win the match, and i think that stood out more was the nostalgia for the Rock that made the build up and match better than it was.

some of the wrestlers are good at their job, yes, technically, but most of the "characters" created for them suck. CM punk is one of a few i've liked, although i don't care much for his recent heel turn, thought he was far better when it was sort of played as us and him against the wwe thought that was a stroke of genius to play it that way but now from what i've seen he's just turned into another generic heel.

as for rock Vs. cena, i honestly couldn't care less, yes when the rock first popped back up after so long away it was pretty cool and i was looking forward to it, but the match at wrestlemania was a big let down, and then to seemingly be heading for that match again is getting boring and as has been said the nostalgia for the rock has worn off.

as for cena, i'm not a "hater" of cena, not really a big fan either though tbh, just always thought he was so over hyped it was hard to like him. personally i think he's done some impressive things, had some great matches, but he's so over-hyped it just sets his matches up for disappointment i think

see i could never say the cena-rock match was epic, it was good at best, especially when compared to some of the matches in WWE/WWF history but i do agree it should not be repeated, maybe a fatal three way with punk as well, or cena vs some other "classic" superstar then yes, but not cena vs rock again.
