  i dont see any improvement to career mode i think its actually gone backwards, last year they added backstage interview segments with renee young, and attack people during their entrances to start programes and fueds with wrestlers
  
  while its a welcome addition to have the promo mode to start fueds the system feels broken as its all text based now, there is no speech element behind it other than Michael Cole making a small comment on what you in text.

  and better said im already down on the game, considering how long it took to actually fully get a game started on release day, the 11gb download aswell how slow it downloaded from its servers as it was a common issue from everyone, sigh!
  
  im not sure if you can turn it off on my career mode, but you have to watch the show intro for either Raw/Smackdown (which of course are out of date not the new intros or music) before you fight on the event, and what annoyed me last year was you end up wrestling on both shows, which isnt the case if this was a accurate my career.
  
  i expected good things from this game, i hope it turns my opinion around but i expected better from 2K considering ive been playing NBA 2K17 and that is on point, and from the gameplay of Mafia 3 that looks awesome, dunno why this has started off so poor

  played it a bit more now, part of the My Career mode which they are trying to sell is, and really what seems to be the only voice acting in the game, is the Be A Paul Heyman guy mode
  
  basically its the same as last year in order to qualify to be a hall of famer in WWE 2K16 my career, you have to meet some of the criteria either 1 main goal, or three sub goals, and they will qualify you to be a Paul Heyman guy. wether that opens up the game more when you qualify i dunno, but from what i can tell it will probably just let you unlock paul heyman as a manager.

  so ive played through the career mode a fair bit, the only benefit of being a Paul Heyman guy which is kinda cool for like 3 times it happens, is that Paul Heyman will deliver your promos, when you do Promos, however its probably easier to deliver promos by yourself if you get your promo skill high enough you determin what kinda crowd it is quicker than actual paul heyman

  2K Sports released its final set of DLC for this game, which was the inclusion of the Showcase mode for last years hall of famers, its not as deep as previous Showcase on previous WWE Games,
  
  this game deffo requires massive improvements for 2K18, I hope they listened to the community.

  WWE 2K18, while not much has been listed about the changes made to this game, as per usual though the summer is where they start drip feeding the roster reveal, with about 150 playable wrestlers in this years game, including DLC. However wether the Hardy Boyz made the cut has yet to be announced.
  
  Kurt Angle is a pre-order bonus

  WWE alongside IGN have done a 4 episode Roster reveal, some key people have been left out but speculation into wether they may be DLC
  
  - The Hardy Boyz - Returned at Wrestlemania (they will need star power to essentially sell the DLC)
  - Elias Samson - been in NXT for a while now on Raw
  - James Ellsworth
  - Lana (could just be a in game manager like WWE 2K17)
  - Singh Brothers (formerly the Bollywood Boys mainly Jinders goons)
  - Mike and Maria Kanellis, Shelton Benjamin (Debut and Returned this summer, however may not be DLC)

  Cruiserweights not included despite alot of the 205 roster being on there, and what looks like it could be a 205 live DLC Pack,

  nothing yet confirmed yet, but i expect this will be all announced later on, but normally a moves pack DLC does come out mid way through the games lifespan and a Hall of Fame DLC pack which have all been released in prior games.

  they have updated career/story mode, where there are two character paths you can take, the fan favourite or the best for business path, so one side you will face off against the authority giving you a bunch of features to unlock for that, or the path where you side with the authority opening up a different set of features for that career path.
