  Perhaps a controversial choice so let me explain. Despite being released a year ago i only heard this version of 'Do they know its christmas', the other day. My reaction " OMG, talk about pissing all over the original". A sub standard line up, diabolical new lyrics..hated it. Give me either the original, the late 80s follow up or even the version with the darkness (minus the rapping in the middle..shudder lol).

  Modern music made even less palatable by loops, compression and fucking pro tools! Total bollocks! It's the time of year for bullshit music. I wonder if the Christmas number one will be another X Factor creation? All I know is, it's the music buying public that's behind the cheese and poor taste! Next summer the football cheese will come, wait and see. Songs of how England will win a trophy, only to be forgotten a week later when the team get knocked out in the first round as is tradition lmao!
  
  I like the background music on Rampant though! Maybe it's just the high of the wank that convinces me I like it lol :)
