No group A or B final fixtures then Scotty? God are you forgetting the host nation and former winners Spain are actually in the World Cup? Will add to my fixtures so I don't get penalised!

Also, i've been having a think about the knockout stages. How does this sound?
One point for correctly predicting who goes through, and another for correctly predicting the score after 90 minutes.
Saves arseing about with all the extra time/penalty shootout permutations. -

Oops didn't notice that, oh well have taken the predictions I did today and amended them by taking out those groups, was in mid prep for a telephone interview so wasn't really paying attention so my original prediction has not been tampered with so can't be accused of cheating! That proposal sounds fine by me. -

Rules for knockout sounds ok, it's what I would have suggested too. Only need to specify the winning side if you predict that it will be a draw after 90 mins. -
