It is a funny one that. Might be down to all the media knocking Rooney being past his best. Like not even getting a place in the Man Utd side. Clearly not wanted as a forward for club or country and placed as a holding midfielder and seemingly not doing a good job of it. :P -

He,s not doing a good job of it ,but who really is,i mean look at Harts howler a few months ago ,he gets away scott free,Cahill is not world class but he has no competition for his place,Kane when he plays is not doing a lot,Vardy wheres the zip gone from him

MOLDOVA V R OF IRELAND 1-3
A win away against the make up the numbers boys of the group,they all count.
ALBANIA V SPAIN 0-2 MACEDONIA V ITALY 2-3
The Spanish and Italians as expected won their matches,the Italians finding it a little harder though.
It was good to see Alex iwobi score for Nigeria in their 2-1 win away to Zambia. -

HOLLAND V FRANCE 0-1
France just about deserved their win,after a very oppotunist strike by Pogba,it was a good goal but we all know Dea Gea or Neuer would have just coped with that with ease :P Holland didn't threaten much but with all their possession France were so fucking atrocious in the final third with their final ball.
FAROE ISLANDS V PORTUGAL 0-6 PORTUGAL V ANDORRA 6-0
The European Champions carry on with their great run with 2 expected easy wins,good to see Ronaldo getting a few goals too,1 last night and 4 Friday and yes I did see his film last night,he,s a kool dude
conceited, but in football if you got it flaunt it.

A not surprising result but what is,Benteke getting a hat-trick and the 1st goal fastest in world cup qualifying history 8.3 seconds impressive,Gibraltar must have been still in their huddle. -

...And another underperformance against Slovenia. Three managers and the same play regardless, so it is the players who are not stepping up and putting on a solid performance. Shambolic defending and passing at times. Slovenia clearly had a game plan and great goalkeeping kept the match as a draw.

Well that was a laugh wasn't it,watching England play without Rooney they didn't have a fucking clue,only Hart came out off this match with a mark out of 10 which was 9 none of the out field players could get a mark even to add up to 10 in total,watched Sturridge and every time he had the ball he just wasted it every time,really cant see what any England manager sees in him and not see in Vardy,Kane even Rooney in that position,he is crap
SLOVAKIA V SCOTLAND 3-0
Just two reasons the Scots lost, the Slovaks played better and them awful shirts id be embarrassed to even touch one.
GERMANY V N IRELAND 2-0
Not a surprising result considering Germany are probably in one of the easiest groups
VENEZUELA V BRAZIL 0-2
A good win away.That group looks a nightmare and very tough.
