Bulgarian model, Andrea Emilova Ivanova is planning her 27th lip injection so she can keep her title of ‘biggest lips in the world’ that she has had since 2019.

After 26 injections of hyaluronic acid into her lips, Andrea has gone from this…

Whoa! Those are pretty gigantic. How does she blow her nose? It would appear than every extreme look will always attract a huge following and Andrea is no exception. She has already had countless men offering to pay for more surgery for the busty model. Here's what she had to say:
