Here we go again another few weeks of seeing our tennis players getting nowhere,shame really,just hope serena loses bigtime,nothing against her but fuck is she really a female,ok she has class but she has no personality at all,its like putting barcelona against rotherham,,sorry to all you rotherham fans,
as for the men its just who can hit the ball the hardest now,there,s no skill,ok they got skill but is hitting the ball hard skill ? or classic matches like when we had becker,lendl,supermac and the maestro borg,anyway summers here

I have to disagree with you first on the team you support lol just kidding, but on a serious note i'm opposite to you in terms of I like seeing Serena Win because she's making history and i'm curious to see how many Grand Slams she'll end her career with. She can become the greatest of all time in my opinion and she isn't all about brute force you need a lot of finesse to be that good

ok point taken but hey i ilike competition,she can beat some of the guys which is fare but not right,the others like maria havnt a chance unless serena fakes an injury and lets her win so people have more interest,let her win you might say but you dont know her and neither do i,i am just saying it seems like she does,she has all the finesse of a librarian,of course people can be the best at something they do,but with a little competition wouldn,t go a miss,look at steffi she had loads of competition but she was the best :)

Great start for the Brits with Watson and Murray winning the past two days, great to see Watson particularly win and seal a clash with Serena which will be great experience for her and will give the crowd a great match to cheer on

Yeah i understand what you'r saying gooner, I guess finesse may not have been the correct word in terms of describing Serenas skill set. But yes great win for Watson today she'll learn a lot from her match with Serena however long it last. I still feel that Laura Robson is gonna be one to watch after she gets through her little injury woes.

I think a round of applause is due for Heather Watson after her valiant effort against a brilliant Serena Williams. I did't give her a chance before the match, then especially after the first set but then she battled and won the second set and so nearly won the match. Credit to Serena for battling back and winning like a true champion and I look forward to seeing her face her sister in the next round

World number one Novak Djokovic says he will apologise to a ball girl after appearing to shout at her during his fourth-round match with Kevin Anderson.
Djokovic vented his anger in the girl's direction before going on to secure a 6-7 (6-8) 6-7 (6-8) 6-1 6-4 7-5 win.
"I'm sorry. There was nothing towards her. Maybe she was just afraid of my screaming there," Djokovic said.
