When i click on !pay by credit card! nothing happens.

Hi...I have been unable to pay by my credits as everytime i click to pay by credit card it remains at pay by phone. I am therefore unable to use my credits to phone the channels. This is a regular occurence which needs fixed immediately before i get so fed up and leave Rampant.TV for good...
