What the hell is going on in this series of stock photos?

We begin with a shot of a man proposing to his disabled wife.  The poolside setting would suggest they're on holiday.  



Bit niche, and i'm struggling to think of a context where such an image would be needed, but it's a nice enough scene.

Though at this point things take a turn for the worse.



Want to be careful there, mate.  Getting a bit too close to the edge.  If she can't walk then swimming's probably gonna be a struggle and you know what those overseas medical bills can be like...

He's forgotten that to get her diability allowance that he actually has to be married to her. He can't just propose then turf her in the pool. These foreigners are always trying to rush things without thinking them through.
