The Last Of Us has some bad ass score. Also Rockstar always gets right with the GTA series. Silent Hill, the original ones are awesome.

Totally agree the original Silent Hill games had some of the best video game musical scores ever. -

The World Of Warcraft has had some pretty amazing music in its history. This is just one of my favourites from the game :P
This is the music from a Player Versus Player zone called Wintergrasp where you fight to take over a fortress held by the opposing faction. You use tanks and towers and such.
