A couple of examples of young players who done well after going out on loan to Scottish clubs, Jason Denayer(Man City), Frazer Forster(Newcastle at the time), Anthony Stokes(Arsenal), Haris Vuckic(Newcastle) being some of the most notable among others, came up to Scotland & were given the chance to play pretty much week in week out, as opposed to playing for the reserves &/or U21's

In my opinion(for what it's worth), all footballers should be on 'Pay As You Play' contracts, as way too many young guys are all too happy being paid to warm the bench

that would be so cool,can you imagine how well the players will play to try to stay in the team,loveit
