Well, it’s official! We’re on day 2 of lockdown until further notice because the plebs didn’t heed advice and stay indoors.  Boris Johnson made his announcement on Monday  stating that “this is a national emergency”. Boris has also ordered police to enforce a strict coronavirus lockdown, with gatherings of more than two people now banned.

 

If you’re not sure what you need to do during this time, here’s a list below. You only need to get up and get dressed if you need to do any of the following things:

• Shopping for basic necessities, as little as possible
  
• One form of exercise a day - eg. run, walk, or cycle - alone or with members of your household
  
• Any medical need, to provide care or to help a vulnerable person
  
• Travelling to and from work, but only where this is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home
