  This is the first trailer for We Own This City, from David Simon the creator of the greatest TV show ever The Wire. It's about the Baltimore Police Department's Gun Trace Task Force, and how they broke more laws than the criminals they locked up. The cast is led by Jon Bernthal, and it also stars Wunmi Mosaku and Jamie Hector. This is my most highly anticipated TV show of the year.

  Episode one
  It appears that we'll be following a few characters at different points in their careers. But I'd say that Jon Bernthal as Sargent Wayne Jenkins, Wumni Mosaku as Attorney Nicole Steele, Jamie Hector as Detective Sean Suiter and Dagmara Dominczyk as FBI Agent Erika Jensen are the most prominent characters. The structure of the story shifts from various points in time during the 2010's. This episode starts with Jenkins speaking to a class of new BPD officers, and it ends with him being arrested by the FBI.

  Episode two
  Jenkins' early career as a BPD officer was heavily influenced by the ideology from senior officers in the BPD. If he clears the corners, and arrests as many people as possible, the murder rate will go down. Then the Baltimore mayor will become the Governor of Maryland, due to the high arrest rates and low murder rates. The more arrests Jenkins makes, the more overtime and court appearance fees he'll earn. This is a mentality that he takes into his role on the GTTF. The process of waiving the right to sue the city for a false arrest in order for an early release is highlighted in this episode too.

  Episode three
  Jenkins loses the plot more and more. Suiter goes on a raid. Hersl is transferred to the GTTF. Davis talks to Steele about Hersl. Jensen and Sieracki work on bringing down the GTTF. Allers is questioned.

  Episode four
  Jenkins goes on a chase and crashes. Suiter covers for him. Jenkins robs a stripper. The Freddie Gray protests take over the city. Ward talks to Jensen and Sieracki.

  Episode five
  Steele talks to one of Hersl's victims and a former police officer. Davis attends a budget meeting. Gondo and Rayam talk to Jensen and Sieracki. Suiter sees the GTTF on the news.

  Episode six
  Steele quits her job. Jenkins talks to Jensen and Sieracki. Suiter is contacted about his time in the GTTF and an unfortunate incident occurs. Jenkins faces the consequences of his actions. The immorality within the GTTF also existed in other parts of the Baltimore police department and Baltimore council.
