  Hey chr83. I was tempted to start a thread on this and am now kinda glad i didnt. I have watched the show from start to finish (not much of a stretch for a 10 part series). I was about to give up on the show a couple of episodes in, then it picked up so i decided to run with it. Got to the finale and i was like, wtf, what a waste of fucking time that was. Fox, i want 10 hours of my life back. Not impressed.

  I thought it was pretty good actually, more than a bit weird but it was interesting enough. Not giving details, in case any one hasn't watched it but might want to, I struggle to see where a second series will go without just repeating itself if it does get a second series.

  I didnt even contemplate a series 2 of this as it was originally stated that the show was a stand alone 1 series 10 part event. It now turns out that because of unexpectadly high ratings, M Night Shamalan is considering a series 2 and what direction he could possibly take it given events and departures at the end of the first series. If a second series occurs, it may be worth a look only as it will erase that pointless, sudden stop of an ending. Not sure if it will work if it focuses on the person being muted for the lead in the follow up as he was just an annoying, whiney little git.

  Well, despite my rants about the first season i have decided to give the second season a look (is anyonne else actually watching this)? This season the male lead, understandably not being played by Matt Dillon, is played by old mr speed 2 himself..Jason Patric. Would say its good to see him still getting work except i may only be 2 episodes in of this at the moment..but at the moment its a bigger load of bollocks than the first season. At least the 1st season had a structure of sorts with some admirable performances from Matt Dillon and Toby Jones. This season is all over the shop featuring characters you couldnt give 2 shits about. Im watching episode 3 in a bit and if that doesnt pull something special out and giving up on the show alltogether.

  Gearing up to dismiss this show forever and then it manages the inconceivable by actually pulling off a half decent episode (i know, cant quite believe it either'. Jason Patric and his annoying wife are still very much surplus to requirements but to see a certain old ally / enemy resurface and get a little of that kid in charges back story made for pretty interesting episode. Probably back to the shite with this weeks installment.

  Given my ability to predict things its just a pity that im not able to predict a winning line of lottery numbers. It was a prediction that this weeks episode would return to the usual level of shite. Lo behold, it has not disapointed in that respect. Honestly, really dont know why i bother with this show. Infact, you know what..fuck it, im done wasting time with this pox of a show (although by all appearances im the only one here watching it anyways haha).
