The Brookhaven Experiment is a VR game about a scientific experiment that rips a monster-lined hole in reality. In Brookhaven, you are the anonymous protagonist stands in a makeshift urban campsite strewn with duffel bags, duct tape and other items. In one hand is a torch with limited batteries, in the other a pistol with limited ammunition. Slowly, sinister shapes approach from all directions: shambling pink humanoids, thick-skinned giants, a building-sized behemoth seen in the distance. Unable to move from your small patch of open grass, all you can do is try to ration ammo and survive the night.

YouTuber Renate tries out The Brookhaven Experiment for the first time, and probably won't be able to sleep for a while. This game left her shaking so much, she could barely hold the gun.
