    I've just subscribed via SMS for VIP as the link for card payments doesn't work but replied stop after to ensure I wasn't charged further. It is now no longer allowing me to view VIP videos or show that status? I would have thought you'd keep the benefits until the subscription period ended, is this an error?

    Sorry, just read this message. On the become a VIP page like 'https://www.rampant.tv/vip/choose?campaignid=17' none of the 'Subscribe Now' links for any of the 3 options worked for me unless I chose to switch to SMS.

    Logged in today to find out my VIP status has been removed, I am guessing that it is because I have not setup pay by bank. Very annoyed that I was not even sent a notification that you were not renewing my VIP this month.

    it should have continued to work if you were paying by card as mine would auto-renew, the only difference came when my bank card changed last month and there is no change your card option, and i had to cancel my subscription myself and sign up to pay by bank as that was the only option.

    I think I will give up the VIP as a bad idea, never happy with a site having access to my bank account at least with the card you have cover if fraud is committed where as with the bank it is down to you to sort it out.

    Hey Colin,

    With our pay by bank option our system contacts to your banks app with the details of the purchase and the rest is done on your banking app so all of the security lays with your bank.

    In short, we don’t have access to your account and you authorise the payment with your bank.

    Don't know if this is related, but I come back off holiday to find my VIP status has been removed. 
    A new month should have automatically started while I was away but hasn't.
    Can you help?
