Hi,
I got a vip subscription but later on i froze while it was updating and safari restarted itself
Any help?

It looks like it went through fine - Try logging out and back in the forum if it hasn't updated yet. -

had an issue with vip updating tonight myself. upgraded payment has gone through i my free minutes are showing however i can't access any of the other vip features at all -

Which features can't you access? Does it show you as a VIP on the chat? Seems to be working on the forum, maybe it just needed a refresh or something. -

I've also lost VIP section on the forum and cant watch VIP videos again (it was fine for a few days after the server problems got fixed) tried loggin in and out refreshing and different browers but all the same -

I have access to the live shows as VIP but not the Videos and Forums as of today. I emailed The Boss last week as it happened then and was fixed but today it is back again. Emailed The Boss earlier today and waiting a response. Am on a Monthly rebelling. -
