Video delay when calling
Does anyone else get quite a long delay between audio (when calling the girls) and the video? It is really putting me off calling as it’s a fairly long delay. Doesn’t seem to matter what connection I am on but I have pretty decent fibre connection. Thanks in advance.

I’ve experienced this on a number of channels when calling and watching via the website. I’ve also called using credits or premium number neither seems to make a difference.
