While this seems to be a very generous offer which in these current times when money is tight there is not mention that this commts you to then be rebilled on 15/02 for £10 for a months membership and then each month after.
I think this is a little unfair and should be included in simialr siz font to your offer so that anyone can see upfront what they are signing up for.
I have cancelled my membership within 5 mins of completion because I do not want and can not afford a monthly commitment at this time. I would have liked to have loked through the features and extras this service offers but feel that it would not be fair under these circumstances. I have not nor will I use any of the credit given as agian I feel this would be unfair of me .
I rallyappreciate that you are considering offers and hope that this continues but I would suggest that you consdier making them much easier to see exactly what we as the user are comitting to before we have to press the pay button. -

so you've paid the 60p for 24hrs, and thus bought VIP for 24hrs but you're not going to use it because you've chosen to not renew?
wow, if their were more people like you rampant would be rolling in cash! -

Once you could afford a monthly subscription would you do it? That's why thes offers get done so that at some point you will come back -

As has been pointed out to you in other threads where you posted the same whine, the terms and conditions of the offer were very clear.
You were offered a low cost trial, a marketing technique used in every type of business imaginable.
Its gets people to try the product at a low outlay - then guess what - you are upsold to the full version if you don't cancel.
If you don't like it you cancel - I am not sure why you are whining as if you have been hard done to.
I would ban sad acts like you if it was up to me !

I believe the re-billing aspect was fairly obvious on the offers main page. There were few words, and probably 30% of the words on the page were warning about the fact that there will be a re-bill, and this was in no was a secret ploy to con people. We are giving people a chance to test out the VIP service for a small cost, and being re-billed at the end of your VIP subscription is how the VIP system works.
If you felt our offer was unfair then you were more than welcome to not claim it. -

has anyone ever seen a cheap trial period for subscription service that didn't automatically rebill at the end of the trial?
i honestly don't think i've ever seen a company, ANY company offer a trial of their subscription service that just ran out and that was that, they ALWAYS bump you up to the recurring paid option if you don't cancel.
i really don't get what you're complaining about? you got your cheap day of VIP, you've CHOSEN to not use it and you've canceled so won't be charged any more, what's the problem?
