  They might have a point, but seeing as Valencia have being using bats on their crests since 1919 (way before Batman came on the scene), suing is possibly a touch harsh.

  But as far as the suing goes, if anything, Valencia should be suing DC!

  lol that's insane but it is also surely the best example ever of a counter claim or whatever - i don't know when batman was first thought up but surely valencia is older than batman lol. i mean it's one of the biggest clubs in spain and many of the big clubs are like 90-100+ years old, so
