  So Marvel get Spidey rights and all of a sudden the Captain Marvel film gets pushed back.
  Yeah bollocks to that. Cause what we really need is a third actor playing Peter Parker/Spiderman. He's going to be giving james Bond a run for his money when it comes to actors soon.

  It is a shame that some of the untested characters movies have been pushed back to make room for, good or bad, a character that is guarenteed to put bums on seats. Its all well and good the powers that be having these grand plans as far as schedules go, until it all goes pear shaped when new factors come into play. My names man..spiderman, liscense to actually appear in a movie that does my character justice lol.

  I get what you mean thisscotsman, and it is a shame that some other characters had their film debut pushed back for Spider-man (a character with 5 film appearences already), but at the same time a good version of Spider-man in the MCU would add quite a lot to future Avengers films.

  Most of these films i imagine will be really good but i bet most people wont have any idea who a lot of these people are as they are making films about some lesser known superheros. Black Panther for example i doubt many people will know who he is.

  I don't think it's a bad thing when character is lesser known, Guardians of the galaxy were barely known and that was one of the most successful films of last year. In a way it's a help when they are lesser known, there is little expectation whereas a character who is more known and more widely popular has a lot more expectation to live up to.

  i do agree with your point there but i do wish they would make some films about some more mainstream hero first just because some really need a film but have yet to receive it.

  Most of the characters Marvel can use are lesser known, due to the strange rights situation, the most well known they can use is The Hulk, but the films with the Hulk have never been all that successful (the Hulk was a box office bomb, and the Incredible Hulk was only minorly successful at the box office).

  I'm of the mind that the MCU doesn't need Spiderman.
  Having him was just one of these fanboy fantasies and every could go "Oh imagine how much better it would be with Spidey". Not he's here we'll see that maybe he won't make that much difference and it's probably pushed another character who might have got some Avengers screen time down the pecking order.

  Not Sony's version of the Spiderman, no.
  They have made 5 movies and they were all the same.
  Love interest in danger, drama, cheesy villains, more drama, loads of crying and even more drama.
  Ain't Spidey suppose to be a cool dude cracking jokes all the time?
  I can't wait to see what Marvel is going to prepare for us in the future. Sky's the limit!
