It's said that people with premium Spotify accounts will be able to listen to their own music in cars that you can book through Uber. Users can build their playlist of music and have a listen whilst being driven to their destination.

It's going to be launched in 10 cities around the world.

Hopefully, everyone knows what Uber and Spotify are. If not, Uber is an application on your phone that allows you to book a lift to choose where you want to go with special cars that are registered with them. It's all automated by software and it allocates the booking to the driver best place to take it on. Spotify is an on-demand song service that allows premium members to stream selected tracks without any adverts by paying a monthly fee. For non premium members, they can still listen to music but they will get adverts every so often.

In order for this to work. the Uber drivers connect their Uber phone to the car's entertainment system.
