TRANSFER RUMOURS! 6th November

Bit concerning that Louis van Gaal (no defenders) isn't planning on dipping in to the January market unless a key target becomes available? Thankfully, there's two sides to every baseless rumour, and the other suggests he'll move for Bruno Martins Indi and/or Ron Vlaar. Sure, Indi only signed for Porto in the summer, and yes, Villa would be even more screwed than they are now without Vlaar, but them's just details. And details get in the way.
Gerard Pique gets a mention too. He was on the bench for Barca the other night you know, plenty enough evidence to suggest an Old Trafford return is imminent. He'll cost about £25m, a fair ol' wedge when you consider he's not all that good any more. Regardless, City and Chelsea are also lurking.
If you're gonna try and rip a club off, it's best to do your research first. They should have plenty of previous in getting fleeced, and the player you're trying to offload ought to at least be rated 'triffic' by the buying manager. Tick them boxes, and before you know it you've trousered £10m for a 32-year-old Jermain Defoe. Well played Toronto. QPR, having learned all sorts of lessons over the last few years, will hand him a three-year deal worth £90,000 a week.
Arsenal might sign Leverkusen's Christoph Kramer. He is a defensive midfielder though, so don't hold your breath. Chelsea have beaten off the Gunners, as well as Liverpool and United in order to sign PSV midfielder Zakaria Bakkali. Seems a touch undignified but he is Belgian, and 18, so it's sort of understandable how they might get caught up in the hype, make questionable decisions. And finally, Southampton are keen on Palermo's £15m-rated striker Paulo Dybala. He's the new Aguero bitches!
