TRANSFER RUMOURS - 21st May

Jamie Carragher's a knob and Raheem Sterling wouldn't sign a new deal at Liverpool even if they offered him £900,000 a week. The boy's agent there, with some 'off the record' comments to the Evening Standard. As such, tomorrow's meeting between the club and his representatives has been cancelled.
So this is definitely happening then, but where's he going? You can add Chelsea to the list alongside City and Man Utd have apparently made enquiries too! Imagine. Reckon it's just Van Gaal trolling? Either way, what we've got ourselves here is a saga, no mistaking.
It's probably safe to say that Chelsea don't much fancy Juan Cuadrado. On top of that Sterling link there's also talk of them only letting Petr Cech move to Arsenal if Theo Walcott or Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are sent the other way. Although the way that one comes over like they're not fussed which (one of them is clearly a better option than the other) probably indicates bullshit.
Just one more wide attacker possibly heading to Stamford Bridge and we're done: Pedro. The Barcelona man isn't getting much in the way of game-time at the Camp Nou and could be available for £7m. Music to Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham's ears also.
You probably thought Alex Song was from Cameroon. And he is. But because Arsenal bought him when he was 17 and held on a few years before selling to Barcelona, he actually qualifies as a homegrown player. Man City could do with some of them and might make a bid. Saido Berahino's even more English and also on the radar.
Yaya Toure's inching ever closer to that Roberto Mancini reunion at Inter, Southampton are ready to take a £25m hit on Dani Osvaldo and Gaston Ramirez by releasing the pair this summer, and Mats Hummels sort of doesn't fancy a move to Man Utd. Thanks all the same.
