  Doesn't look like Gareth Barry to Everton will be happening. City want a permanent deal, the Toffees a loan.
  
  And Stephen Ireland is in discussions with Stoke about a loan move from Aston Villa. Does anyone other than Mark Hughes actually rate him?

  L'Equipe reckon PSG want to open talks with Juan Mata about a move to the French capital.
  
  Makes sense for Chelsea, shift an unwanted player without stengthening your domestic rivals.

  DONE DEAL at West Brom! They still haven't spent any money though..
  
  Free agent Lee Camp joins on a monthly rolling contract until January and will provide cover for the injured Ben Foster.

  Andriy Yarmolenko to Liverpool for £20m, could that be happening? Zenit St Petersburg hold an interest too but are being prevented from making a move due to their inability to shift Hulk. He's a big lad to be fair.
  
  Keeping it Eastern European, Jamie Redknapp reckons his dad is trying to take Niko Krancjar to QPR.
  
  And Wigan have bid £6m for Blackburn striker Jordan Rhodes. Given that the Scotland international cost Rovers £8m and has been brilliant ever since, £6m seems a touch optimistic.

  Adrian Mariappa to Crystal Palace. Three-year deal, undisclosed fee.
  
  And Stephen Ireland to Stoke on a season-long loan.
  
  Looks like Nathaniel Chalobah could be on his way to Palace too, loan deal from Chelsea.

  Norwich are in talks with West Ham over a season-long'un for Ricardo Vaz Te.
  
  Bit of a dust-up going on between Arsenal and Chelsea. The Gunners want to pay £1.5m for a year in the company of Demba Ba, the Blues reckon that sort of thing is worth closer to £3m.
  
  And reports (not sure which ones) suggest that Palermo keeper Emiliano Viviano has joined Arsenal for the season.
  
  Mesut Ozil's move to the Emirates still isn't confirmed, it is 'edging ever-closer' though, which is nice.
