  I am a bit of tipster on the quiet, cover most sports with notice. My main expertise is in Golf, Football, Horse Racing and Darts. I will start you all off with a tip for tomorrow's football in the Premier League. Southampton to beat West Ham 2-1, best price 9/1. Southampton have had an average start to the season but with West Ham lacking a genuine threat up front and the attacking threat of Southampton, I am taking Southampton to win this one, but not without conceding a goal as their defence is still questionable

  Ok terrible opening tip but here's one for this weekend in the European Tour Golf, Alvaro Quiros, he's really coming back into some form and he's priced up at a generous 60/1 or 55/1 in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship he's had an injury ridden 18 months but is playing fit again and came 5th in this event in 2010 when conditions were similar to those forecast this week.

  lol, yeah your first one wasn't great. i'm gonna have a punt on this one and hope it does better. i've not heard much of him which makes me more interested in betting on him.

  Another Southampton one, whether it'll do any better than the last I don't know...
  
  They're 16/1 to win the League Cup, which seems worth a punt to me. The likes of Ramirez and Cork are decent fringe players and I can't see them sacking it off and playing the youth team, especially now they're in to the 4th round.
  
  What you reckon chaps? Swansea did it last year...

  Worth a punt Rustee, he's showing signs of a real return to form, he had won a tournament on the European tour every year fro 2007 to 2011 so last year was his first in 5 without a win, he's posted his best ever finishes in the past two events. At 60 or 55/1 its worth an each way punt, it's a fun tournament to watch this one as well.
  
  As for Southampton, not a bad shout at all at the prices, they look more defensively solid then I expected them to so good be a good shout if given nice draws

  Helps that they're looking good for mid-table too so won't have put everything in to avoiding relegation.

  They looked very good yesterday and have a nice draw for the next round so every chance of it being a successful punt Scotty, one of arsenal or Chelsea are going to go out so one less big team to worry about. They look very solid defensively as well which is good
