Road safety is a huge issue, one split second of distraction could cost somebody their life. I live in quite a rural area where all the roads are very fast and winding and people drive like freakin maniacs. There have been countless incidents involving children and drivers who just weren't paying enough attention to the road. It's crazy the amount of selfish assholes out there who think it's fine to check your phone whilst driving.

This road safety video really struck a chord with me, it just shows that one split second can ruin your life or the life of others. It's fairly long but I'm certain it will stick with you like it has me.



This video shows the after effects of what can happen when people check their phone while driving. Ten teens die every day as a result of texting and driving — but apparently that's not enough to stop people from doing it. @summerbreak spoke to a group of teens who are guilty of texting and driving. Most of them laugh it off, that is until they meet Jacy Good, the lone survivor of a fatal car accident that killed both of her parents. The driver who hit them had been texting.
