THIS MCLAREN F1 JUST SOLD FOR £6.2M
...and that makes it the most expensive one ever.

In 1993 McLaren gave chassis number 28 (out of just 64 in existence) to their driver Michael Andretti as a pay-off for terminating his contract early. At the time it wasn't road-legal in the US though, so he quickly moved it on to a Japanese collector, who just cleaned up.

Should've kept hold...
