THIS KOREAN BODYBUILDER DOES 3000 SIT-UPS A DAY FOR HIS FAMOUS SIX-PACK
Hwang Chul-soon is a South Korean bodybuilder who's been called the “Asian Arnold Schwarzenegger” and “Korean Hulk” and I can see why. He's a freakin beast!

He's won countless bodybuilding competitions both in his home country and America but he wasn't always so successful. He was once a scrawny guy weighing 125lbs and people rarely took him seriously. He decided to do something about it and started training and following a strict diet. It didn't all happen straight away though, his perfect physique took 12 years to accomplish.

He's a bit big for my taste but you can't fault his dedication. He's shown people that if you're unhappy with how you look, change it!

Fair play to the guy for deciding what he wanted to acheive, sticking with it religiously and acheiving so much through sweat and commitment. Really not liking the sound of the oorange juice and chicken smoothie though. Saying that have vgot all the ingredients here at home..i wonder?

How long does it take to do 3000 sit ups? If it was one a second, that would be an hour spent every day, I expect he doesn't do them all in one sitting, or after the first thousand, it might get a bit of a struggle lol.
Why doesn't he just buy one of those "sixpad" machines that Christiano Ronaldo so expertly advertised over and over again during the Euros. Would make his life so much simpler  :D

3000 sit ups..thats no mean feat. Gotta admire his commitment but i would personally find that really boring. I jprefer to mix my workouts up, keep things interesting. Did have one of those muscle stimulation machines (yes, for the arms, legs and stomach..nothing else lol) with the multiple pads several years ago. Would up chucking it..the pads lost their stickiness really quick and the whole thing did basically fuck all..no substitute for sweat and hard graft.

I guess those machines may create a bit of an effect for the short term, but without adding any strength benefits. That's reassuring to know for the people who put in the proper effort.
There is another way he could have cheated. Remember that papparazzi guy Daryl who was on celeb big brother a few years back? He had a fake six-pack under his skin, looked ridiculous to everyone except him. 10 grand well spent :D

Colour that man green with a different coloured stomach, stick a pizza in his hand..sorted. Fake six pack..why, hopefully he managed to claim so money back because that looks both fake and pretty repulsive. Either have a legit one with the strength benefits or dont have one at all. Shame on the cosmetic surgeon who did this..how do you sleep at night lol. Comming back to the pads, im sure there are individuals out there who are happy with the short term benefits but really, whats the point. Build it up properly, put in the hours, the sweat and the dedication..no short cuts.
