This 1952 Ferrari 340 Spider is going to sell for STUPID money!

From the proper early days, when it was all about the racing and selling to the public was something of an inconvenience.

Enzo Ferrari himself had his top driver Piero Taruffi race it at the 1952 Mille Miglia, and it'd go on to have run-outs at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Targa Florio.


And now it's being auctioned off, at Bonhams' Scottsdale sale in January of next year.  It's one of them where you have to ask for the estimate, but if it sells for anything under £20m I'll eat my hat.
