If you've ever found yourself lurking in the babe channel corner of Twitter or Instagram then you'll be well aware of this sort of thing.

The positive message, the aspirational pic in the background, the sudden urge to do a little sick...

But failing that, an Instagram account called Unspirational which mercilessly rips the piss out of this particular brand of nonsense will do nicely.
