They destroyed Arsenal, are playing some lovely stuff and look all but certain to qualify for the Champions League for the first time since 2009.
Luis Suarez signed a new contract not so long ago as well but despite all that... He's apparently off to Chelsea in the summer, with
Ashley Cole and a big sack of cash heading the other way.
Man United will look to replace
Nemanja Vidic with Galatasaray centre half
Semih Kaya, which is a funny way of spelling
Phil Jagielka, of Everton.
Seamus Coleman sounds about right though, they'll offer £45m for him and
Luke Shaw and let the Toffees and Southampton argue over who gets what. There was talk of moves for Juve midfielders
Paul Pogba and
Arturo Vidal, but since then they both seem to be signing new contracts (coincidence?), so it could go either way really.
Falcao,
Diego Costa and
Edinson Cavani have been mentioned too, though Chelsea may well have something to say about those three.
Arsene Wenger wants to sign
Eliaquim Mangala,
Gareth Barry and Udinese midfielder
Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.
Man City will turn their attentions towards PSG midfielder
Blaise Matuidi if Fernando decides to stay at Porto, while Roberto Mancini misses
Mata Nastasic and wants a Galatasaray reunion.
And it wasn't so long ago that
Ravel Morrison was being linked with £10m moves to Fulham, these days it's QPR on loan. Disappointing.
