Like the legendary McLaren F1 it'll have three seats.  Like the legendary McLaren F1 only 106 examples will be built.  What they're trying to convey here, it seems, is that we're very much dealing with the spiritual successor to the legendary McLaren F1.

Bold claim.  Can the performance figures back it up?  

1,036bhp, a top speed of 250 mph and, in a move which suggests our tiny minds wouldn't be able to make sense of a 0-60 time, they've scaled it up and instead revealed that it'll reach 186 mph in 12 seconds.  

Yes?

OK. From the front it looks like a ten year old Noble. Mis-matched wheels? Seriously? Technical masterpiece but not great looking like the original F1.

Other than the wheels being mismatched as you mentioned, I still think its a very sleek looking car. Something a bit futuristic and tron looking about it
