  Got to admit am getting a bit confused with this series tbh all the jumping between Earth and Earth 2 has fried my already mangled brain, probably doesn't help watching it a stupid o'clock! Is this the last series or have we got Season 3 to look forward to?

  i think we have a season 3 to look forward to, i googled and read that both Season 3 of the flash and season 5 of arrow have been confirmed
  
  looking forward to the season 2 finale as its building to something incredible.

  watched the final episode of the season, have to say it was pretty good, ended the current story well, and set up a good cliff hanger which seems to be similar to the flash point story a couple of years ago that reset the dc universe in the comics.
  
  now to wait for the Arrow finale

  Kudos for not posting season finale spoilers there, SirWanksALot. I watched the penultimate episode a few days ago and while the bulk of the episode was entertaining (even though the metahuman villians were sorely underused) the episode was all about THAT scene at the end. Wow, have got a feeling we are gonna be in for a treat come tuesday next week in the uk.

  am I going along the wrong path but did I hear Zoom say that him and the Flash are one and the same person talking about their mother being killed! Must admit the last couple of episodes have had me all confused, maybe a break from all these series will do me good as maybe watching 3 different series has got me a bit boss eyed lol

  Nah, they are not one of the same burns72. Just that they both lost their mothers in really bad situations at a very young age. Looking forward to the series finale tommorow, has been great series with i nice build up to the finale. Just hope it doesnt stumble at the end. Sometimes Flash can be a teenie tiny bit confusing (the other dc shows are certainly more straight forward..not that this is a critiscism though).

  Well thats a relief, yes looking forward to it a few loose ends to tie up and then can rest my weary brain for a bit and get back to reality and not concentrating on too many programmes that I record on my planner and watch at a later date.

  So whose seen the finale? So as not to spoil anyone with anything in the post. SPOILERS, the warning before i put more details below so no one can say it's my fault if it happens.
  
  Anyway, overall not a bad finale. They wrapped up the Zoom storyline well and his fate was actually kinda grim, and deserved. Glad they finally remembered to save the guy who was trapped by Zoom who had been left there for so long i was starting to wonder if they ever would help him (his identity was a surprise as well. Not who i'd guessed it would be.
  The ending has definitely switched up things for next season, hoping it won't be just an excuse to repeat villains or relationship dramas they've already got past.

  Well I am having to watch it again coz my tiny little mind was totally not expecting any of that episode, so won't put anything about it on here will watch it and then will comment on anything if I need to.

  Having watched the season 2 finale, have gotta say that i did enjoy it. Go on Barry..explore that darker side. Im undecided about Zoom's fate. Think i was hoping for more even though im not entirely sure what that would be. Probably my favourite part of the entire episode would either have to be Barry losing it with Zoom shortly after the start of the episode and/or the very end of the episode (that opens up a world of possibilities for season 3). I would say roll on season 3 which is bound to commence in october as normal but id like a bit of summer first lol.
