RE: The Flash

Thankfully the Snyderverse is finally over, well technically Aquaman 2 is probably the proper end, and Gunn's DCU doesn't officially start until Blue Beetle and Superman Legacy. The stuff Miller has been doing in their personal life needs sorting out in a courtroom and their absence from the press junket was glaring. Anyway I thought The Flash was OK, but no where near as good as the reviews were saying when it got shown at Cinemacon a few months ago, and not as good as the Flashpoint comic or animated movie. Miller's running style was looked weird since his first appearance in Justice League and his portrayal of Barry Allen felt more like Wally West. Keaton and Calle were the best things about the film, and I hope she appears as Kara again in the DCU. Miller's acting in their two roles was good. The CGI seemed purposely to be nosedived into the uncanny valley, and the cameos varied from pretty surprising to slightly unsettling. I enjoyed the reveal of the antagonist and the ending.
