Well, this turned into an unexpected surprise. Asked the fam which film out of a selection of a few on the laptop they fancied watching and they plumped for 'The Brothers Grimsby'. It was onl out of sheer curiosity that i downloaded this in the first place and was half expecting to kill the film inside of 30 minutes. Im amazed to say that not only did we watch the film all the way through but actually really enjoyed it. Has anyone else seen the film? What did you think? Starring Sacha Baron Cohen and Mark Strong the film essentailly tells of Mark Strongs spy and his stereotyping english, football loving, liam Gallagher style haired, berr bellied chavvy hooligan. Cant honestly recall the last time a film made me laugh so much. There are many laugh out loud moments capped off by that infamous elephant scene that really has to be seen to be believed. We were all rolling up with laugher. Yeah, the plot's basic, the acting pretty appauling and its probably gonna win every razzie going next year. Regardless of that, surely being a comedy its success is gauged by how much it makes us laugh. If thats thhe case this deserved to do a hell of a lot better than i suspect it did at the cinema.
