  I’m terrible for ignoring a recommendation from just one spot and ever weary of anyone on Tik Tok with lists that are polar 50/50’s in terms of quality when it comes to movies and shows but FX’s ‘The Bear’ has hit my line of sight with strong review upon strong review enough to get my attention.
  
  It’s the story of a young chef whose older brother owned a restaurant but that brother has now passed away. Wanting to do his brothers memory justice he takes over the running of the venue and it’s committed crew. The colour pallet looks beautiful and it appears to have a good pace with a lean on comedic and heart warming narrative.

  A lot of the commentary I've seen online about this has been thoroughly positive too, and it's gained a lot of praise for how it's depiction of the restaurant business is so realistic. I don't know where I'm going to find the time to watch all these TV shows and films, but I'm adding this to my watch-list.

  This show is outstanding and thoroughly deserves all the critical praise it has received. The way it beautifully balances humour, emotion, drama and passion is a work of art. The writing, directing and acting are all great. Jeremy Allen White leads this cast with ease, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach is amazing in his supporting role. The rest of the supporting cast are just as good, especially Ayo Edebiri.

  Jeremy Allen White is back as the lad in the second season of one of the most critically acclaimed TV series in recent memory. Given the ending of season one, and the information revealed in this trailer, it looks like this season will focus expansion, re-skilling and refurbishment.

  Thanks for that Clay. Hella excited for the return of this show it’s one that I loved and savoured rather than binging. Excited to see what season 2 brings so I’mma avoid trailers. Has it got a release date Clay?

  No problem, I'm just as excited as you are. It's easily one of the best shows I've watched in recent years, full of characters that are so lovable that you're eager to see succeed in their personal and professional lives. It's says the release date is the 22nd of June on Hulu, so I guess it'll be the same for the UK but it'll be on Disney+.

  Episode one
  It doesn't come out on Disney+ UK until the 19th July but the entirety of season two is already out on Hulu in America. This show continues to amaze me with it's brilliance. Everyone needs to watch it and it needs to win all the awards. The writing, acting and directing are all spectacular. Christopher Storer has created and populated a world with characters that you just love and want to see them succeed. The story picks up right from the end of season one and the continuation of Carmy's quest of running a restaurant.

  Carmy and Sydney meet people from their pasts. Natalie, Tina and Ebra contemplate their futures. Richie, Fak and Marcus form an alliance in the present.

  Sydney goes out and about in Chicago looking for new ideas for the menu and new employees. Carmy gets a phone call from Claire. Unexpected renovations are needed at the restaurant.

  Marcus takes a trip to Copenhagen to acquire some new skills from a talented chef. The team back in Chicago are still working on renovating the restaurant.
