  One of the outstanding voices of all(well most) of our childhoods has passed after a battle with cancer, the LEGENDARY Terry Wogan, voice of Eurovision & Radio 2, among other things

  A powerhouse in British Television and Radio for BBC, doing the Eurovision Song Contest in both formats, plus presenting shows such as Blankety Blank, Wogan (his daily chat show, weekdays at 7:00pm, getting many of the big names on the show, some several times), Children In Need, Points Of View, to name but a few, as well as The Breakfast Show/Wake Up To Wogan on BBC Radio 2, all forming the true legend that was Sir Terry Wogan.

  Bog trotting fudge packer was as about as entertaining as Clitterbug's anally retentive rantings.
  
  I am reminded of that fateful day when the Queen Mum died. The nation was in mourning, shares in Gordons Gin nose-dived.
  
  I rummaged deep into the Briss cellars to find a perky 1985 Fonseca which I matched with a Cohiba Maduro. I was told my laughter could be heard in the next county. 
  
  And dont get me started on that bed-hopping harridan Diana. The passing of that doe-eyed swamp donkey has launched many a Briss guffaw.

  Yeah i remember reading he got around £10,000 for hosting Bin Lids in Need, everyone else was supposedly doing a freebie but Old Tell wanted a little sweetener before he'd sign up to do another fucking Eurovision  :(
  
  Luckily we have Graham Norton to hoist the Union Jack at future Euro pantomimes.
