Based on Jeff Lemire's comic, this critically acclaimed hit for Netflix produced by Robert Downey Jr is back for a second season. We continue to follow the adventures of Gus and his friends, whilst also seeing Jebbard try to reunite with him.

Absolutely loved the first season, I found it during early lockdown and rinsed it alongside the stunning ‘Utopia’ (sadly not to be renewed). Didn’t know if this would get a 2nd season despite the hype because of the timing but very happy it did.

This is a show that every family should watch together. It was another incredible season with fantastic writing and acting from start to finish, and I can't wait for the next season. Convery and Murray are brilliant actors with bright futures, and are ably supported by Anozie, Ramirez, Akhtar, Vellani and Owen. Sandilands is a great antagonist. The makeup and practical effects department also deserve so much credit for their work too. I hope this continues to be a massive that leads to more live action and animated adaptations of non-Marvel and DC comic books, like the The Boys and Invincible.
