Ivan Tukhtin was driving on the motorway in New Jersey late at night when he had an extremely creepy encounter. He saw a car on the side of the road with traffic cones blocking the two lanes. There were no lights or reflectors, then a suspicious man started to walk towards his car, and things got very scary. It's important to be vigilant in these situations and please make sure you NEVER stop for unmarked vehicles.
