  Haha stjohn66, I wonder how many others got shocked as well. The classic moment was on the chat once when one guy found out that Nadia had a hidden charm. He refused to believe people saying that she was not a NB female and thought they were pulling his leg. I can understand why, as she is more stunning than half the girls on the other channels.
  
  He came back to the chat a few minutes later traumatised having been advised to check out her videos. He would never know these days as she never shows her hidden asset away from pervcam unlike some others that do. He said that he had been banging one out to her for years and was now worried that he was gay. I think he went away to jump off a bridge at the mere thought of what he had been doing.

  On a more serious note though, I do fear for Lily's long term future on the channel. She is clearly having the screws put on her to draw in more business and is feeling the pressure poor thing. She was saying on the chat the other day that she should not have taken on this job as she was so unsuited for it. She was being so honest I felt sorry for her.
  
  She said that she was trying harder to learn English so she could have better conversations with those that call but her written English was better than almost anyone. She said that no-one ever called her and it is true that she spent many lonely hours that day waiting for a caller, even though she was topless most of the time on the web. It seemed that she was on the point of leaving, either by being sacked or just resigning, That would be a disaster for the channel as they are so short on numbers and she is a very sweet person who they cannot afford to lose. Fortunately, a few people saw her messages and her phone became much busier after that. I keep wondering whether each time we see her though whether it will be her last show or not.

  It is worrying that Lilly has not been on for a few days now and it has been since she expressed her comments. Perhaps she is just on a little break to consider her options or more worryingly she has left. We cannot afford anybody leaving as the roster is small enough as it is.

  as you have probably guessed i have not returned to Lillys' cam since the incident, but i hope that she has not been given the bum's rush. part of the attraction, i think. of this channel is that it is a small channel with the same girls on it the same usual visitors and i would prefer it to be a friendly atmosphere in general. i remember fondly jasmine and daisy laughing. maybe not the nudity of today ( oh if only jasmine was her under the new looser attitudes ) but fun. remember grandduke when you started your tipping frenzy ?
  anyway back to the girls and Lilly in particular. i like to think the girls move on as their own decision ( i also like to think that some of them still miss me ) i know Bella was unhappy here but that was a particular individual who was not a regular caller to thai chat who said some nasty things. and i was sorry that she left too.
  i know you have said that Lilly has had difficulty doing this show and lets face it it is not for everyone. i did look in on someone one time and Lilly was, shall we say, stroking them; so she was definitely trying to be a part of the team although i think there is one of the team who maybe overstep the mark and get a bit too fond on camera. i think Minny too was a little scared by some of the goings on. i know we always want the girls to go further but in reality it should be only as far as the girls are prepared to go.

  I do think that one of the things that needs to improve on the channel is a schedule. It is noticeable that when girls are asked when they are on next they say "don't know" and then they appear the next day. If it is really true that they don't know then that is no way to run a channel or any organization. It is unfair on the girls as they cannot plan to do anything else, and definitely has the feeling of a "dictatorship" .
  It is also noticeable that certain girls only work with certain other girls eg: Amy always seems to work when Opor is on. Can anybody actually remember the last time Amy worked with Daisy?
  Stjohn is also correct with his comments about a certain person on the channel "imposing" themself on other people on the channel who are not interested in the activity.

  i agree with the previous posts ( and thanks for bringing the thread back to suggestions i was going off on one there ) yes a schedule is needed. i think there used to be one but it was so inaccurate it was 'more honoured in the breach than the observance' ( thats from Shakespeare, yes i may like looking at naked Asian girls but i am not a barbarian ) .
  and it is far more important for the girls than for us. many of us noted that Daisy was working late one night and up at 4 the next morning ( you would not have known it from her performance ) and a few of the girls have seemed tired. and what kind of social life can the have when they do not know if they will be working the next day or not.
  we have seen many girls leave surely it would be a good idea to try and keep the girls and make them as comfortable as possible here, and it is not even as if it is that difficult. surely a rota cannot be too hard to sort out.

  I have always been nonplussed by the unavailability of a work schedule. With so few girls working on the channel surely this must be one of the most important things to organise. Having the girls have no idea when they are on next or if they think they do know, constantly changing what the have been told, must mess with their heads. How do they ever sleep? Their body clock must be total mess. It makes the sunny disposition of some even more remarkable,
  
  Their performances will suffer though and we have already seen that, with many changing the camera shot so their face is not visible, allowing them to close their eyes for a few minutes at least. After much pestering from fans a schedule was finally published a few years ago but it was extraordinary how wrong it was. It was almost as though it was done wrong deliberately as it was so messed up. I don't think it even lasted a month which was not surprising.

  This morning Nadia was on her own for at least four hours until Minny turned up. Whether Minny was late, came in to cover someone else, was always did to start later, I do not know. However this highlights the shortage of girls, and also by only having one girl on for such a long time the company loses money as TV would have to be covered so there would be no pervecam due to no web show.

  With numbers this low they are clearly desperately trying to cover shifts. It makes the continuing absence of Lilly even more of a worry as she can hardly have been given a holiday with them being this stretched. Getting rid of Rose also appears to be a bad move under these circumstances, if that is what has happened. She has not been seen for weeks now so it looks as though she has gone.
  
  They are getting through presenters like a knife through butter but sadly new ones aren't coming in anything like as fast.

  Once again this afternoon there are three presenters on to cover eleven hours. This surely makes a changing of the hours even more obvious with the shortage of presenters. Change the morning start time to 6.00am, with a change over time of 3.00pm. Two girls on each shift working 9 hours. Sorry for this quite obvious suggestion ☺
