hi, i tried to subscribe by text and got the message saying about the subscription is active etc but the screen said it couldn't sign me up, so i paid by card and im worried ill have paid twice, can you confirm what has gone through please

and now its saying no one online with that pin when she is there in front of me, its eating my credits trying, not happy
