Hi,
As subject, last night, I used the subscribe by phone option to sign up as Silver VIP. Sent text message... Sent AGREE confirmation and received 2 texts telling me I'd been charged 10 and 5. So far so good...
However, my account does not yet show any transactions and I'm not getting any VIP service.
This MIGHT, I suppose, be because I was previously VIP but cancelled that with the same phone.

So, techies, could you work some magic please to get me the VIP service that I paid for?
